Los Angeles, continuing at Yeshivas Chofetz Chaim
in Flushing, NY, under the Rosh Yeshiva, Rav
Henoch Leibowitz, shlita. Rabbi Summers holds according to the halachic opinions of Rav Moshe Feinstein, zt"l. Rabbi Summers is renowned for his timeless devotion to shmiras halashon (the laws of speech) and his heimish approach to mussar (a warm way of analyzing and improving one's personality characteristics).
