The Chabura is from 8:45 - 11:30 am. Chavrusa learning for two hours and Rabbi Sauer will be giving a 40 minute Chabura.

We are getting ready for a new and special year. This coming Rosh Hashana begins a “Hakhel” year. To fulfill the Rebbes wishes to increase in large gatherings during this year we are encouraging everyone to take advantage and participate in the wonderful classes Bais Chana Of California Women’s Yeshiva is offering.

We are excited to renew the Chassidus class with Mrs. Sterna Sanowicz. It is scheduled for Monday mornings at 11:30 a.m. at 458 N. fuller Ave. the home of the Chermans.  The class will begin Monday September 8, and will take place for 3 weeks, break for the Holidays, and resume in November.

Mrs. Chana Rochel Schusterman will teach a special class to spiritually prepare for the Holidays. It is scheduled for Monday September 22, 10:15 a.m. at 423 N. Fuller Ave. She will resume teaching at that time and place in November.

Rabbi Raichik will  resume the Wednesday class after the Holidays. Rabbi Raichik teaches a Tuesday morning class at 136 South Highland Ave. at 10:30 a.m.

Rabbi Bart’s class is ongoing.

Scouting is about developing good habits and attitudes of good citizenship, personal fitness, chesed and good middos - all in the spirit of fun. There are two Orthodox Cub Scout Packs and two Orthodox Boy Scout Troops in the Greater Los Angeles area. Boys from many local Orthodox shuls and schools join together to go on outings, go camping, learn new skills and make new friends.
