Summer SEED Program

This year’s group is from Yeshivas Chofetz Chaim in Queens, NY and is being led by one from last year’s group, Ari Turk.  We hope to have the bocherim here starting around Rosh Chodesh Av until after Tisha B’av.  As in previous years, the goal is to have the bocherim involved in different facets of the Shul in to order to provide wider exposure.  We encourage everyone to take advantage of this unique opportunity to share in the Torah and excitement for studying Torah with this outstanding group of B’nai Torah.  If you are interested in sponsorship, please contact me (rkershberg@pobox.com) or Rav Summers.

Experienced, wonderful, babysitter available in mornings & early afternoon (From David Steinberg)

“This woman (a religious Jew) works for me ½ time, in the afternoons from about 2:30 – 6:30 PM. She wants to find work for the mornings (see times below). She is an experienced babysitter, taking care of children for the past 15 years. She also has raised three children of her own. She is exceptionally kind and has wonderful personal characteristics. She is positive and cheerful, as well as energetic. She was a nurse in Iran and is a licensed medical assistant. She speaks English. She would be equally good also caring for an elderly person, if needed.

She could take of your children, either in her own Beverlywood home from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM or in your home from 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM in the Beverlywood, Pico-Robertson, Beverly Hills area.

Please contact me, David Steinberg, at 310 770-7438 for more information or by emailing me at dstei@sbcglobal.net
